Managing your Hively subscription and updating your billing information is simple and easy to do. In this article, we'll cover how to:
Choose a subscription
To choose a subscription, your user must be assigned the Administrator user role.
From the user profile menu, choose Upgrade Now.
From here, you can select your Hively plan. Currently, we only offer the Basic Plan, but you have the option of paying monthly or annually.
Update your billing information
With your subscription chosen, you can enter your billing information for your Hively account.
From the user profile menu, choose Upgrade Now.
From here, you can update your Billing information (shown below):
